To trim the IN point with the keyboard,.To trim the IN or OUT points with the keyboard, In the Options menu, you can adjust how large your trim operation is (the default is 0.05 seconds, but it can be adjusted to any amount). Trimming the IN or OUT points moves them slightly earlier or later from what they currently are (for example, if you slightly missed the start of a loop or went a little too far with the end of the loop, you can trim it to compensate for that).
